Block Threats to Your Financial Safety
Think of Pinnacle as your All-Pro offensive line, offering protection even when a crisis strikes. Here are ways you can use our convenient tools to help navigate uncertainty and keep your money safe.
Go digital. If you haven’t already, sign up for online banking using an internet browser or mobile app. Our instructions walk you through the steps. You can use it to pay bills, deposit checks, transfer money and more.
Phone it in. For banking assistance, contact our client service center at the number listed on our website. If you don’t need personal assistance, you can use our fully automated telephone banking system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to review your balances and transactions, transfer funds or stop a payment, and even get information on loans and CDs.
Visit a drive-thru location. If you do need to visit our office, we’re set up to serve you through the drive thru to limit exposure for clients and associates. Find a map of locations on our website.
Carry a pen, use your knuckle for buttons. Travel with your own pen for signing paper receipts, and use your knuckle to sign electronically or to press buttons or tap screens at an ATM or point-of-sale terminal. As always, handwashing offers extra protection after using public machines.
Set up your Pinnacle debit and/or credit card(s) on mobile wallet. More and more retailers are using contactless payment options. With mobile wallet, instead of using your physical plastic card and touching buttons on a terminal to make purchases, you can pay using your smartphone, tablet or smartwatch.
Pinnacle prides itself on personal service, and we all look forward to getting back to business as usual. Until then, we are available to help you set up options for safety and convenience to facilitate your banking business.
